Fr. Vincent Cullen Tulugan Learning and Development Center (FVCTLDC) is a Church-based undertaking in collaboration with the different development stakeholders towards a sustainable future of the Higaonon indigenous communities while keeping a peaceful and harmonious co-existence with lowlanders or Dumagat. It is a SEC registered non-government organization consolidating products from its member POs (Peoples Organizations)-HAMOG(Higaonon Anamag Malandang Olagduk Gagaw), Kalandang Weavers, Sunflower weavers and Pauhangan Weavers. It was established in 1970 and now located at Sayre Highway, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.

Background of the Enterprise

One of the programs currently implemented by the Center is enterprise development which is given full expression through Pamamahandi or Sustainable Social Enterprise for Bukidnon’s Forest and Cottage-Based Products.
